How do I set up webhook integrations?

Go to your portal settings, find the integrations section, and add your Slack or Discord webhook URLs. We provide step-by-step guides for both platforms.

What happens when my trial expires?

Your trial lasts 5 days with full access to all features. After that, you'll need to choose a paid plan to continue using FeedbackNexus. Your data is preserved during the transition.

My payment failed

I want to cancel my subscription

You can cancel your subscription at any time by clicking the "Manage Billing" button on your dashboard. Your access will continue until the end of your current billing period.

I need a VAT invoice

VAT invoices are automatically generated for UK customers. You can download them by clicking the "Manage Billing" button on your dashboard.
